Shipping:

Customer pays all shipping costs.  Product becomes the property of the customer once the shipping company picks up merchandise from Sunshine Tropical Gardens Inc.  All damage or shortages in transit must be filed by the customer with the carrier.  All claims must be made no later than two days after receipt of shipment, including photos. we have 20 years packing and shipping experience. most our products ship out by regular truck or refrigerator truck. please inspector the products before sign paper from delivery receipt, any problem needs write down.
